Customer Service

Your tracking number will provide a date of delivery. If it is not received by then, please contact USPS at (800)ASK-USPS or DHL (refer to your DHL tracking confirmation on how to reach customer service support). Please note, we are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may incur. We are also not responsible for packages lost while in the possession of the carrier. However, we will help resolve any issues we can.


If you see a double pending transaction on your account, you have not been charged twice. What you see is a double authorization which can sometimes happen if you click "confirm" multiple times at check out. Not to worry your bank will remove one of the authorizations in 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once.  

Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at the check out. You will also see a place for notes and comments please include the discount code in the notes. At the time your order is shipped, your discount will be adjusted to your store credit or form of payment. 


Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size if the item is sold out a notification will pop up. Click on "notified me when available" and enter your email address. When the item is back in stock you will be notified by email.

Unfortunately, there are not refunds. Only Store credit. Please review our Return Policy.


Yes, our shopping cart processes all information by using the latest SSL 128-bit security technology.

Yes, your personal information including name, email address, billing and delivery address when applicable is securely stored in our Shopify database with the same SSL 128-bit encryption. This information is available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop with us. Credit card information is NEVER stored. 


All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days unless you selected Express at checkout.
